I have found my holy grail of useful DM Resources. This Party Tracker is by far my most used and most loved resource.
Created by /u/boobonk this party tracker is an editable PDF with a style that matches the character sheets.

Personally I use the landscape version. It has been amazing because I no longer need to ask my players for basic information and don’t have to worry about having an up to date copy of their player sheet right in font of me.
